We are seeking Material Handlers for our 2nd Shift with our Chicago Division in Romeoville, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting Pay Rate | $21.00/hr- $22.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Job offers are conditional based on successful completion of drug screen, physical, and background check.

JOB DUTIES:

• Operate saw, or other equipment to process, package, and load.
• Operate forklift, Raymond side loader, and overhead crane to move material in the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks using handling equipment, place materials in storage locations.
• May receive/inspect and verify the material count.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good general math and measuring skills are a must.
• Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, side loaders, saws, banding, and/or order packing are highly preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the steel distribution industry is a definite plus.
