Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms (visuals, captions, videos, and stories).
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Proven experience in digital marketing, including but not limited to social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone and style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
