About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and bilingual Ecommerce Returns Associate to support our returns documentation process. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records of returned merchandise and collaborating with our Ecommerce team based in China. Please note: this position does not involve direct customer interaction or handling of payments. Starting pay is $15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Document returned merchandise using standardized paperwork and photographs.
• Ensure accurate logging of return details into internal systems.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Ecommerce team in China to resolve return-related issues.
• Identify and report recurring return trends or product issues.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of returns.
• Support process improvements for return documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet early morning deadlines.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and documentation tools.
• Prior experience in ecommerce is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Start time: 4:00 AM EST to align with China-based team operations.
• 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Overtime is available if needed.
