- Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments.
- Other assignments may include but are not limited to the compliance pass entrance, will-call distribution and scanning operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Ticket Office staff.
- Experience in an in-person customer service position.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel).
- Applicants should be dependable, punctual and possess effective communication and problem solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Must have a customer-friendly personality and project a positive image of the University and the Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work weeknights and weekends as needed for events, including working all home football games.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from athletic events.
