Packer Job Description: Hourly + TIPS

A Packer works with the Food Expediter and is responsible for the final assembly of Dine-in and To-Go orders. The packer communicates with the Expo to ensure the orders are properly assembled with the correct tickets, placed in proper bins or in trays and handed over to runners within the target time.
Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate and communicate between the Expo and the Runners/FOH team to ensure proper pick-up of all dine-in and to-go orders
• Ensure all orders are accurately checked and packed with correct names and with proper condiments and utensils per standard
• Properly place to-go orders in the bins and dine-in orders in trays and coordinate with the FOH team for a smooth and swift operation
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized Expo station with all packaging needs
• Communicate with management on inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies.
Skills
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen as expo or runner
• Strong customer service skills, with focus on hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with KDS and Drive-Thru systems
