• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Create a safe and engaging environment for the children
• Able to get up and down from the floor
• Willing to change diapers
• Communicate in a clear and positive manner with children, parents and co-workers
• Able to conduct small and large group activities
• Dependable

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year experience working in a childcare setting
• CDA, TCC, or a degree in ECE is preferred.
