Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a host or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with reservation management systems.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to a table or the bar
• Communicate with the waitstaff and bar about new tables and guests
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room by bussing tables, running glassware through dishwasher, sweeping floors, rolling silverware, tidying bathrooms, etc.
• Observing and predicting the needs of guests and coworkers
• Answering phone for to-go orders and answering customer questions

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts per week
• Upbeat, positive attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Organized, high attention to detail
• Craft beer knowledge is a plus
