About This Position

Designated safety-sensitive position. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen (which will include marijuana testing) and adhere to the Drug and Alcohol Policy for duration of employment with the Credit Union.

InTouch is seeking to fill our full-time Member Relationship Specialist role to join our growing and dynamic Branch Operations team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and InTouch Credit Union.

Pay Range

  • Our ideal candidate will make $52,312.50 to $55,218.75 for this role.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience

Experience

  • A minimum two (2) years of demonstrated experience executing advertising and/or marketing responsibilities, including conception, creation, production and fulfillment of original collateral and campaigns; direct vendor management, required.
  • One to two years working in a similar or related role; financial institution work experience preferred.

All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.

What You’ll Need:

  • Complete assigned projects according to Credit Union policies and procedures; resolving conflicts or challenges, keeping leadership informed of any problematic areas.
  • Demonstrate sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must show demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies which support job responsibilities.
  • Results-oriented with ability to balance and complete multiple high-priority projects or tasks concurrently and within prescribed deadlines/budget. Must be flexible and adaptable to change as it applies to projects and tasks.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Credit Union products, services, systems, policies, procedures and department campaign management (e.g., calculate basic campaign ROIs or other success measures).
  • Foster a customer service orientation; demonstrate service excellence standards and desire to help others succeed. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with inter/intra team members.
  • Express oneself, clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Ability to actively listen and respond with effective questioning techniques.
