SMERF Sales Manager - Embassy Suites Marlborough, MA
Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving results? The Embassy Suites by Hilton Marlborough, MA, is looking for a SMERF Sales Manager to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and managing sales within the Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal (SMERF) markets. We're seeking a candidate who excels at cultivating strong client relationships, possesses exceptional negotiation skills, and consistently demonstrates outstanding follow-through.
What we're looking for:
Proven Sales Acumen: A minimum of two years of sales experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a professional demeanor.
Self-Starter & Team Player: You're highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team member.
Organizational Prowess: Superior organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with PC applications, including property management systems, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
