About the Position
We partner with over 44,000 labor unions across North America to provide members with supplemental benefits they’ve already requested. That means no cold calling, no door-to-door sales—just guiding members through their options and helping them choose the coverage that’s right for their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person consultations with union members

• Clearly explain available benefit programs

• Assist members in selecting the coverage that meets their needs

• Maintain accurate records and complete follow-ups as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Able to pass a background check
