Construction Estimator at RUFF FRAMING INC. – Chicago, Illinois

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting. The role is located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Construction estimating and quantity take-off skills
• Cost management and budgeting skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Familiarity with construction laws and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software programs, such as Excel, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience with LEED certification and sustainability practices is a plus.
