Job Description
The AEVP provides professional, confidential administrative support to the EVP.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and update company strategic plan by month and quarterly.
• Compose and prepare letters and routine correspondence for the EVP’s review.
• Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
• Transcribe source material, prepare and proofread documents, reports, tables and charts; distribute as appropriate.
• Maintain a list of deadlines for all regulatory filings and industry registrations.
• Coordinate collection of quarterly reports and other data used for senior management decision making and staff evaluations.
• Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda materials
• Maintain paper and electronic filing and data systems.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Monitor and maintain student intern assignments and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in an administrative capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, written, research, time management and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Able to work independently and with a group.
• Can generate respect and trust from staff, customers and external stakeholders.
• Ability to creatively use Microsoft Office applications.
