Bartender - Amici Food Group at Amici Food Group – Greensboro, Georgia

Title: Bartender

Reports To: GM, AGM and Bar Manager

Overall Responsibilities:

Responsible for approaching all customers with a friendly greeting within 1 minute of them sitting down. They should have a clear and perfect understanding of the drinks and all alcohol we sell. They should have the ability to be specific with any question the customer asks. They should have the ability to up sell items, have a full knowledge of our beverage menu and our food menu.

Specific Duties:

• Greet the customer with a WOW experience. In other words, the customer leaves feeling WOW’ed by entire experience.
• Prepare all drinks to Amici Specifics.
• Wear the proper uniform as stated in the policy.
• Is fully trained on the Aloha system.
• To have a full knowledge of the Amici experience.
• To work well with the Mgmnt. and all other team members.
• To do all side work as asked of you.
