What You’d Be Doing in This Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in New York, NY. As a founding member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to our company's achievements and be instrumental in forming our team culture.
You will:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to build and refine our product.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
• Research and define product requirements to solve our customers’ needs.
• Help set the culture of the company, promoting a collaborative, innovative and fun environment.
• Play a crucial role in building great software from the ground up.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have

• At least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience working with relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgres.
• Experience using LLMs and machine learning is preferred.
• A passion for going deep into complex problems and and building efficient solutions.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
