Day to Day
Now, lets talk about what you would be doing. As a Trust-Wealth Assistant, you will:
Provide support to the Wealth Management Officer.
Provide support in all areas of Wealth Management Operations including scanning and data input.
Provide administrative assistance to the Wealth Management Officer including providing assistance with account opening and closing processes, and new client on-boarding.
Design, develop and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
Assistance with client mailings, marketing e-mails, etc.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
