Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team.
- As a Molds associate: You are responsible for ensuring the proper setup and maintenance of molds, monitoring production processes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- As a Compound Associate: You are responsible for preparing and blending soap compounds according to established formulations and production schedules. This role will involve accurately measuring and mixing raw materials, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring the quality and consistency of soap compounds.
- As a Soap Making Associate: You are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of soap-making equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization in the soap-making area.
- As a Cut Associate: You are responsible for accurately cutting and trimming soap bars to meet quality standards and production requirements.
- As a Soap Pack Associate: You will be responsible for accurately packaging finished soap products according to company standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of equipment, adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and compliance with safety regulations. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Cleaning and maintaining clean work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred, ideally in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities.
