This is an opportunity to build AI-native products designed to modernize public-sector management.
You will architect and develop intelligent solutions using AI agents, large language models, and automation.
The role covers strategic products including autonomous customer service, natural-language reporting, and automated data auditing.
You will work across LLM pipelines, RAG, memory, agent orchestration, and enterprise system integrations.
The position combines technical ownership with close collaboration across product and R&D teams.
You will help transform complex business requirements into secure, traceable, and scalable AI solutions.

• Design and implement AI-agent architectures and LLM pipelines for new AI-native products.

• Integrate language models with ERP data and enterprise systems to enable intelligent workflows and automation.

• Define and implement RAG, embeddings, memory, and agent-orchestration strategies.

• Develop solutions focused on autonomous service, natural-language report generation, fiscal support through legislation interpretation, and automated ERP data auditing.

• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and traceability of AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.

• Translate business and product requirements into practical technical architectures and implementations.

• Collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to explore, prototype, and deliver AI capabilities.

• Work independently on technically complex initiatives while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Solid professional experience working with large language models, including platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or comparable technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience with AI-agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

• Proficiency in Python and experience building production-oriented AI solutions.

• Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating AI solutions with business systems.

• Ability to design and implement complex AI architectures with a high degree of autonomy.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Nice to have: experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
