We're looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Carpenter who takes pride in producing quality work, enjoys working with a skilled team, and is committed to delivering outstanding results for our customers.

Position Summary

The Home Remodeling Carpenter will perform a variety of carpentry and remodeling tasks on residential projects throughout Western Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate has strong framing experience and is comfortable completing projects ranging from decks and porches to window and door installations and general remodeling.

This position offers steady, year-round work with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Perform framing for walls, floors, decks, porches, bathrooms and other structural components.
• Install replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and exterior trim.
• Install exterior projects including; roofing, siding, shingle etc.
• Complete finish carpentry, including trim, molding, and interior finishing work.
• Assist with deck construction, porch renovations, and whole-home remodeling projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
• Follow all company safety standards and quality workmanship expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience preferred.
• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, deck construction, window and door installation, bathrooms and general remodeling.
• Have basic knowledge exterior work including; roofing, siding, shingle etc.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work.
• Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced framing experience.
• Deck and porch construction experience.
• Basic drywall, flooring, and finish work.
• Ability to troubleshoot field conditions and solve problems independently.
