About the role

MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team working in our New Holland PA plant to maintain, service, and repair critical company asset including buildings, grounds, vehicles, and tools to ensure longevity and safety.

What you'll do

• Facility & Grounds: Perform general upkeep of buildings, restrooms, and property. Manage HVAC filter changes, landscaping (mowing/weeding), and waste/recycling disposal.
• Tool & Vehicle Maintenance: Service, repair, and inventory all tools and equipment. Ensure company vehicles are maintained and meet state inspection requirements.
• Inventory & Logistics: Order, pick up, and deliver supplies and rental equipment. Maintain stocks of PPE, fasteners, and cleaning supplies.
• Safety & Quality: Enforce safety protocols, stop unsafe work, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Operational Support: Assist with annual inventory and provide backup support for Receiving/Material Handling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in building/equipment maintenance.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Ability to repair tools and operate in a Windows® computer environment.
• Compliance: Valid PA Driver’s License (must report any citations/arrests within 5 days). Must be a US Citizen with no outstanding warrants.
• Communication: Proficient in English (verbal/written); ability to follow complex instructions and coordinate with sub-trades.
