Puente Hills Volkswagen is seeking an Automotive Sales Person to join their dynamic team in City of Industry, California. The VW Sales Person will be responsible for engaging with clients on an individual basis and devising suitable sales strategies to develop an early and ongoing rapport. Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-only sales role
• $60,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential
• Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle sales, product selection, and financing options
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the car buying process
• Answering customer inquiries and investigating customer needs
• Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
• Inputting data and managing inventory

Requirements

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Excellent customer service and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven / commission sales mindset
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Experience in automotive sales preferred
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
