Job Description
Active Adult Living (55+) | Full-Time | Hoschton, GA
About Perennial Properties
At Perennial Properties, you’re not just leasing apartments—you’re creating experiences and helping people find a place to call home.
We are a boutique, owner-operated firm managing Class A communities in some of Atlanta’s most sought-after, BeltLine-connected neighborhoods—including Inman Park, West Midtown, and Old Fourth Ward—where our teams have direct access to leadership and the ability to truly make an impact. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your career, earn strong income, and be part of a company that values both performance and culture—this is it.
About the Opportunity

You’ll also build relationships with local businesses to secure sponsorships that bring those events to life. Day to day, you’ll keep operations running smoothly through front-desk coverage, maintenance coordination, resident communications, and move-in and move-out logistics.
This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on planning great events, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make a connection.
