This remote U.S.-based opportunity is ideal for an organized, collaborative, and donor-focused professional who enjoys combining marketing automation, project management, and data-driven decision-making to advance a meaningful mission.

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate audience selection and personalization: Collaborate with Fundraising, Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to define audience segments, exclusions, and personalization requirements.

  • Ensure quality and delivery: Conduct end-to-end quality assurance covering audience counts, consent, exclusions, personalization, links, tracking, accessibility, rendering, approvals, and launch readiness.

  • Monitor active campaigns: Identify and resolve or escalate issues involving data, content, delivery timing, platform configuration, and communication performance.

  • Maintain operational documentation: Keep journey maps, configuration records, communication calendars, and process documentation accurate and up to date.

  • Lead integrated engagement delivery: Develop project plans, production schedules, review cycles, launch checklists, and decision timelines to coordinate stakeholders and ensure consistent execution.

  • Support donor qualification and handoffs: Work with fundraising teams to identify appropriate prospects, prepare relevant donor context, coordinate follow-up, document outcomes, and support transitions into portfolio management.

  • Coordinate cross-channel communications: Align automated email journeys with direct mail, website content, other media, and personalized outreach to deliver a consistent supporter experience.

  • Partner with creative teams: Translate creative strategies and messaging direction into production requirements, channel specifications, timelines, and approval workflows while coordinating internal creative resources and external agencies.

  • Measure and improve performance: Track journey participation, email engagement, donor response, conversion, retention, revenue, and qualified handoff activity using agreed performance indicators.

  • Design and evaluate experiments: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to test messaging, cadence, personalization, channel mix, and behavioral triggers, translating findings into practical improvements.

  • Apply donor insights: Incorporate survey results, frontline feedback, and behavioral data into recommendations for journey design, creative strategy, audience rules, and operational processes.

  • Support systems and governance: Translate engagement needs into requirements for CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and related tools while following standards for privacy, security, consent, accessibility, brand consistency, and deliverability.

  • Coordinate vendors and communicate progress: Support agency and vendor deliverables, timelines, quality reviews, and budget tracking as assigned, while providing clear status updates, performance summaries, and recommendations.
