Accountabilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and expand strategic relationships across top-tier enterprise client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary client advocate, managing escalations, resolving issues, and ensuring timely closure of all client-related matters.
  • Oversee client portfolio performance, including monitoring data trends, financial impacts, edit savings, and operational issues.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, product, and finance teams to align client needs with organizational capabilities and priorities.
  • Lead executive-level communication with clients, including updates on system changes, enhancements, and service performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support sales teams in expanding service offerings within existing accounts.

  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, webinars, and RFP processes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or MBA in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare industry roles, ideally within healthcare analytics, claims, or payer services.
  • Strong background in client engagement, strategic account management, or customer success leadership in complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare claims processing, fraud detection, billing systems, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team collaboration, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $140,000 – $175,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer support
  • Paid family leave and generous PTO (17–27 days depending on tenure)
  • Paid holidays (9 days annually)
  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexible arrangements
  • Strong focus on professional growth and executive leadership development
  • Inclusive workplace with equal opportunity employment practices
  • Exposure to high-impact healthcare analytics and enterprise client strategy work.
