Pack Line Team Lead in Belvidere, Illinois at FRANKLIN DISPLAY GROUP

Oversee packaging operations for custom point-of-purchase (POP) displays and fabricated components. This role ensures orders are packed accurately, safely, and shipped on time while leading a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Lead daily pack line operations and support team members
• Ensure all products are packaged to customer specs (kitting, labeling, protection)
• Coordinate workflow between assembly, fabrication, and shipping
• Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time shipments
• Troubleshoot packaging or material issues
• Train new employees and reinforce safety and quality standards

• 2+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly preferred
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Experience with custom or made-to-order products is a plus
• Ability to read work orders, BOMs, and job specs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and move throughout shift
• Work in a production environment with standard PPE
