We are excited to be hiring for a Supply Technician! Job duties for this position may include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records for Fuselage Tanks and aircraft parts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and assist in resolving inventory variances and supply chain issues.
- Coordinate the transportation, shipment, and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Work with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support delivery schedules, installations, and operational timelines.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and supply chain activities.
- Generate reports regarding inventory status, order tracking, and supply chain performance metrics.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate supply chain concerns or delays to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, customer requirements, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections of received materials to verify compliance with specifications and requirements.
- Address non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and customers regarding supply chain activities and issue resolution.
- Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and support effective vendor management practices.
- Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and supply-related requests in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance obtained within the first 90 days of employment is acceptable.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain management or logistics are a plus.
- 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to work in a warehouse environment and adhere to safety protocols

The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, ITS considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
