Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards using Tableau Desktop/Creator and Tableau Prep Builder.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data preparation, analysis, and management of complex datasets.
  • Strong experience working with data infrastructure, data collection systems, data cleaning, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
  • Ability to extract and integrate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Experience analyzing data trends, identifying patterns, and producing actionable insights.
  • Strong ability to develop clear documentation, technical guidance, and user support materials.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering technical explanations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting workforce development, employment, or public-sector program data is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with systems such as WIPS, PIRL, or similar workforce reporting frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis and tools such as Excel, Access, and Tableau.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government background investigation (MBI/BI).

  • Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
