This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a measurable impact on workforce planning while helping attract and retain highly qualified talent.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, candidate relationship management, offer development, and closing.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and program leaders throughout the assessment and selection process.
  • Develop workforce and talent acquisition strategies based on business requirements, hiring priorities, market conditions, and organizational objectives.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified, diverse, and high-caliber talent.
  • Leverage emerging recruiting technologies, online sourcing tools, and market insights to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Assess candidates for technical competencies, cultural alignment, skills, and overall suitability while synthesizing candidate and stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Proactively pre-close candidates and manage expectations throughout the process to support strong offer acceptance rates.
  • Maintain compliance with established recruiting policies, processes, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Balance diversity objectives, regulatory considerations, and business priorities throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Apply compensation guidelines and practices to conduct salary analysis and develop informed offer recommendations.
  • Track recruiting metrics, prepare reports, and use data to advise hiring managers, improve processes, and evaluate individual performance.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, executives, candidates, recruiting colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Quickly understand technical and organizational requirements while maintaining financial awareness and responsible recruiting practices.
  • Adapt effectively to changing priorities, competing demands, and a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Collaborate proactively with recruiting coordinators and assistants to ensure a smooth, professional candidate interview and onboarding experience.
  • Demonstrate consistently high standards of ethics, integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for people.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED plus at least 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of human resources or talent acquisition experience will also be considered.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree and no prior human resources or talent acquisition experience may also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruiting processes from sourcing through candidate selection, offer, and close.
  • Strong ability to operate successfully in a high-volume, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Proven consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and business leaders through trusted relationships and informed recommendations.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, online talent platforms, and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates against technical, behavioral, competency, and cultural criteria.
  • Strong understanding of candidate engagement and relationship management, including techniques for improving offer acceptance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging candidates, hiring managers, executives, and peers.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decisions.
  • Ability to quickly synthesize information and balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices and the ability to perform basic compensation analysis.
  • Strong understanding of diversity considerations, recruiting compliance, and ethical hiring practices.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience using Workday or another enterprise applicant tracking system.
  • Preferred: Experience communicating compensation recommendations and supporting salary analysis.
Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $65,500–$113,800, with actual compensation determined by factors including scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
  • Additional Compensation: Depending on the position and eligibility, employees may receive overtime, shift differentials, or discretionary bonuses.
