Description:

Basic Functions

The Enrollment Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the process of guiding prospective students through the admissions process providing quality customer service to students and their parents/guardians with program orientation.

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that measures the Enrollment Manager; 50% completed enrollment documentation package for all activated students across the team.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Customer Service Oversight: Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional customer service delivery to students and parents; Oversee the seamless transition of inquiries from Application Specialists (AS), ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the enrollment process.
  2. Leadership in Student Enrollment Management: Direct the strategic management of student enrollments in Admissions; Develop protocols for contacting students and personally oversee communication, providing comprehensive explanations of the New Student Orientation (NSO) course and coordinating Mentor Matching efforts; Implement strategies to proactively address and streamline the enrollment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Comprehensive Application Oversight: Lead the review and processing of student applications, ensuring strict adherence to enrollment criteria and regulatory standards; Establish protocols for application verification, including the thorough examination of submitted documents; Oversee the activation of students into the assigned signature program.
  4. Document Management Leadership: Direct the management of enrollment documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements; Develop and implement protocols for maintaining up-to-date records of essential documents, including birth certificates, proof of residency, immunization records, and other pertinent paperwork; Coordinate follow-up procedures with students and parents to obtain any missing records necessary for admission, ensuring comprehensive compliance with all documentation requirements.
  5. Strategic Leadership and Adaptability: Demonstrate proactive leadership by effectively managing and adapting to changing priorities and responsibilities; Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the Enrollment and Admissions department.
  6. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education/Training

High school diploma required. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or student services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. You are required to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
