Caregiver / Home Care Aide Responsibilities
Depending on the client or program, Caregiver / Home Care Aides may assist with:
- Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Activities of daily living
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Companionship and supervision
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Following individualized care plans
- Providing dependable and compassionate support to clients
Qualifications
- Previous professional caregiving experience required
- Reliable, dependable, and compassionate
- Comfortable assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Reliable transportation to client assignments
- California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred, but not required to apply
