$60,000 - $125,000+ per year based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and present tailored roofing and exterior solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure repeat business.
- Drive sales by proactively seeking new opportunities and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct on-site assessments to provide accurate estimates and project timelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to offer the best solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities for seamless follow-up and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and repeat business.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present solutions and negotiate with clients.
- Ability to conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
- Familiarity with roofing and exterior products, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to seeking new sales opportunities and following up on leads.
