As Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day treasury and banking activities while providing functional leadership to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.

What you'll do:
- Oversee and assist in processing banking transactions such as ACH & wire payments, executing letters of credit, performance bonds, hedging transactions and similar instruments
- Manage accounts payable in respect to accuracy in invoice processing, vendor payments, and vendor management; ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance with terms
- Provide oversight of the accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, credit management, and cash application
- Establish and maintain appropriate banking and system controls, including authorized signers, account access, user permissions, and approval workflows
- Oversee employee expense report and corporate credit card program processing
- Serve as liaison between AP/AR/Treasury and other departments, providing service, resolve issues, and regular reporting of key metrics and performance
- Develop procedures and train team members to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and maintain internal controls over all treasury activities
- Manages up to 8 direct reports
- Other duties assigned
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Five plus of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of banking systems, services, and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Experience with SAP is preferred
