Program Manager, Major Deployments - Site Security

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager, Major Deployments - Site Security based in the United States.

This role is designed for a strategic operator who can turn emerging technology into measurable enterprise value.
You will lead the evaluation, business-case development, and operational deployment of innovative solutions across commercial site security environments.
Working across Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Manufacturing, and Operations, you will connect technology strategy with real-world business outcomes.
You will guide successful pilots into scalable operating models supported by clear governance, training, metrics, and processes.
The role combines portfolio leadership, operational excellence, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.
You will have the opportunity to shape how advanced technologies such as AI, automation, robotics, and autonomous systems become part of everyday enterprise operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies and operational capabilities that can improve efficiency, safety, and security across commercial operations.
  • Develop structured evaluation frameworks covering technical feasibility, operational impact, implementation complexity, and long-term business value.
  • Build financial and operational ROI models, investment cases, and executive recommendations to support technology adoption decisions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to develop customer-specific solutions and assess operational readiness.
  • Own the transition of successful pilot programs into repeatable, scalable processes embedded within day-to-day operations.
  • Design operating models, governance structures, documentation, training programs, and success metrics that support sustainable technology adoption.
  • Measure post-deployment performance and track benefit realization, including efficiency improvements, cost savings, risk reduction, and user adoption.
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic operational initiatives supporting major commercial site security deployments.
  • Define program scope, milestones, resources, budgets, forecasts, dependencies, and execution plans across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resource allocation while maintaining delivery quality and program momentum.
  • Develop executive-level reporting covering progress, risks, dependencies, challenges, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as the operational bridge across technical, security, manufacturing, and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and implementation timelines.
  • Resolve complex organizational and execution challenges that could affect program delivery.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations, clear business cases, and compelling operational strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of program managers and operational subject-matter experts.
  • Establish consistent delivery standards, documentation practices, and operational governance while fostering continuous improvement and measurable impact.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise operational programs, technology operations, business transformation, security operations, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience within a large enterprise or technology organization evaluating emerging technologies for operational adoption.
  • Proven track record of moving new technologies from evaluation and pilot stages into enterprise-scale operational deployment.
  • Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, operational success metrics, and executive recommendations that influence investment and implementation decisions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise operating processes, change management, technology implementation, and operational readiness.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, accountability, and delivery standards.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support business decisions.
  • Experience building operational governance frameworks and measuring post-deployment performance is preferred.
  • Experience with commercial site security, physical security operations, or enterprise security technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, robotics, computer vision, autonomous systems, or other emerging technologies is desirable.
  • Background in program management, business operations, or operational excellence is advantageous.
  • Strong people leadership capabilities, including mentoring and developing program managers and operational specialists.
Benefits:
  • Annual base salary of $170,000–$230,000, with compensation determined by factors such as skills, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, experience, and location.
