This role offers the opportunity to make product data a central driver of strategic decision-making across a growing SaaS environment.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define meaningful metrics and improve how teams learn from data.
The position combines advanced product analytics, experimentation strategy, statistical analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
You will build scalable analytics and experimentation frameworks that enable teams to test assumptions and make confident decisions.
Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, business priorities, and the quality of customer experiences.
You will also mentor analysts and champion stronger standards for experimentation, governance, and data storytelling.

- Lead continuous discovery initiatives by helping Product Managers define success metrics, test assumptions, and incorporate iterative learning into product development.
- Design and improve experimentation frameworks, evaluate A/B tests and experiment outcomes, and refine hypotheses based on evidence.
- Develop scalable product analytics frameworks that establish consistent approaches to measurement and data-driven decision-making.
- Enable self-service analytics by improving data accessibility and usability through tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda.
- Use SQL, dbt, Snowplow, and related technologies to transform, analyze, and interpret product data.
- Apply statistical methodologies, causal inference, and data visualization techniques to generate reliable and actionable insights.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing product roadmaps and business priorities.
- Mentor junior analysts and help strengthen their capabilities in statistical analysis, experimentation, and storytelling with data.
- Establish and champion best practices across Product and internal Data teams around experimentation, data governance, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Connect product insights to broader business objectives and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, continuous discovery, and evidence-based learning across Product and Engineering.
- Identify opportunities to improve analytics practices, experimentation velocity, and decision quality as the organization scales.
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a closely related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, Secoda, or comparable product analytics and data platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, experiment design, and evaluation.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, data visualization, and analytical methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable analytics frameworks that support consistent, data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to influence Product teams and senior stakeholders through clear insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling data storytelling.
- Experience translating complex analytical findings into practical business and product strategies.
- Experience working in SaaS or fast-growing technology environments is preferred.
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong mentoring, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Starting salary range of $130,000–$140,000 per year, depending on experience.
