This role is focused on improving the effectiveness, scalability, and adoption of sales and revenue operations across the organization.
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Revenue Operations teams to optimize end-to-end business processes.
The position combines business analysis, process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder management to drive measurable operational impact.
You will translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, documentation, and practical solutions while serving as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Your insights will help strengthen data quality, forecasting reliability, KPI visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
The role offers significant ownership over process governance, user adoption, reporting strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations leaders to evaluate, document, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation through renewal and expansion.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, adoption challenges, and opportunities for improvement, recommending practical solutions that increase productivity, consistency, and scalability.
- Lead process mapping initiatives and maintain accurate current-state and future-state workflows for key sales and customer lifecycle processes.
- Support continuous improvement across lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, contracting, renewals, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Gather, document, prioritize, and maintain business requirements for process, reporting, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Technology teams, ensuring requirements and desired outcomes are clearly understood.
- Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing plans, and process documentation to support organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and validation activities for process and system changes before deployment.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders to define meaningful KPIs and reporting requirements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze trends, operational data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, reference materials, and user guides for key revenue-generating workflows.
- Support communication, training, and user adoption initiatives when new processes, workflows, or operating practices are introduced.
- Establish governance practices that ensure process documentation remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish data quality standards, identify root causes of data quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support data stewardship initiatives that improve reporting accuracy, forecasting reliability, and operational decision-making.
- Monitor adherence to defined business processes and recommend improvements that enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional process and system improvement initiatives while maintaining clear ownership, priorities, and deliverables.
- Focus on business process optimization, analysis, reporting, documentation, governance, and adoption rather than technical platform administration, system configuration, API development, integrations, or production troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue business processes.
- Strong process mapping, workflow documentation, and business requirements gathering capabilities.
- Experience developing business reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose operational challenges, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable operational solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities independently.
- Experience supporting Salesforce.com environments is preferred.
- Experience with CPQ, CLM, or other revenue operations technologies is a plus.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Revenue Operations best practices and KPI development.
- Experience with change management, user adoption, process governance, or operational enablement programs is preferred.
- Annual base salary range of approximately $120,000–$125,000.
- Additional compensation may include bonuses and equity opportunities.
