General Description:

The Store Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth store operations by assisting in various areas, including customer service, sales support, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position requires individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sort, clean, price & stock all categories including housewares, electronics,shoes, books & clothing.
• Achieve set production goals.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor & work space.
• Perform cash register duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with sales floor resets.
• Maintain and create attractive displays.
• Actively communicate with customers about Worthwhile and its mission.
• Assist with donors with the receiving of donations.
• Participate in helping with custodial duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to lift a minimum 15 lbs.
• Flexibility to work and a variety of areas on any given day.
• Saturday availability.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
