Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager UX Orchestration based in Ireland.
This is a strategic product leadership role focused on making complex advertising technology simple, scalable, and self-serve for publishers. You will own the no-code configuration layer across ad formats, video players, consent management, paywalls, and related publisher experiences. Your work will directly influence how quickly customers activate, configure, and adopt the platform without engineering support. You will shape consistent experiences across back-office tools, client-facing interfaces, native platforms, and WordPress environments. The role combines product strategy, UX thinking, systems design, and close collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will also champion an AI-native approach, ensuring capabilities are designed to work for both human users and intelligent agents. In a fast-moving, data-driven environment, you will have significant scope to simplify processes and turn configuration into a meaningful growth driver.
- Define the no-code configuration strategy, including clear boundaries between self-serve and internally managed capabilities.
- Own the roadmap for ad-format activation and tagging, enabling publishers to configure formats independently and reducing reliance on developers.
- Continuously simplify configuration journeys to remove friction, improve adoption, and reduce support demand.
- Own the configuration experience for video player templates, including customization of player behavior and appearance.
- Lead the evolution of video catalog management capabilities covering uploads, organization, metadata, and scalability.
- Own the CMP and paywall template configuration layer, ensuring consistent experiences across applicable surfaces.
- Establish cross-surface UX consistency across back-office tools, client-facing platforms, native experiences, and WordPress.
- Promote consistent use of design-system patterns and maintain clear data contracts and access-control rules for configuration actions.
- Apply an agentic-first product philosophy, ensuring capabilities available through the UI can also be executed by AI agents.
- Audit existing workflows to identify gaps between human and agent capabilities and prioritize the most valuable opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Account, Product, Design, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and intuitive configuration tools.
- Contribute to a culture of pragmatic problem-solving, prioritization, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within self-serve platforms, admin or back-office products, no-code tools, or configuration-heavy products.
- Strong UX sensibility and a demonstrated ability to transform complex configuration processes into simple, intuitive, guided experiences.
- Solid technical literacy, including familiarity with API-first product design and WordPress plugin environments; coding expertise is not required.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to create frameworks, guardrails, permission models, and scalable product structures rather than isolated features.
- Experience coordinating across multiple product or engineering teams where successful delivery depends on strong cross-functional alignment.
- An agentic mindset, with an understanding of AI tool-calling patterns and the ability to define clean, well-scoped interfaces that agents can execute.
- Familiarity with AdTech, advertising-format activation, video players, CMPs, consent management, or related technologies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical, design, product, and client-facing stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to challenge established processes and focus on high-impact outcomes.
- An AI-native approach to product thinking, including the ability to translate business complexity into structured documentation, logic, workflows, and operational blueprints that intelligent systems can execute.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and applying principles such as Pareto prioritization to focus effort where it creates the greatest impact.
- Curious, collaborative, adaptable, and receptive to feedback, with a strong willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Fully remote working environment with flexibility to work from wherever you are most productive.
- Access to urban office locations in Paris, Lille, or London when in-person collaboration is preferred.
- Collaborative, close-knit international team environment focused on innovation and mutual support.
- Regular social events and team activities designed to strengthen connections and celebrate achievements.
- Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing technology business shaping the European digital advertising landscape.
- Career development support through training programs, HR career check-ins, internal mobility opportunities, and regular performance feedback.
- Comprehensive health and pension benefits designed to support employees and their families.
- Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunities
