Product Management Expert in India at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Management Expert based in India.

This opportunity is designed for senior product management professionals with experience operating at enterprise and Fortune 500 scale. You will help create sophisticated evaluation tasks that test how experienced product leaders approach complex business and product decisions. The work spans strategy, discovery, pricing, platforms, product-led growth, and multi-quarter roadmap planning. You will design realistic enterprise scenarios, develop reference outputs, and create rubrics that distinguish genuine product judgment from generic framework knowledge. Your expertise will directly contribute to training and improving advanced AI systems. The role is fully remote and flexible, allowing you to apply your real-world product leadership experience to impactful AI projects.

• Design realistic enterprise product scenarios reflecting the scale, complexity, and stakeholder dynamics of Fortune 500 organizations.
• Develop evaluation tasks covering product strategy, discovery and user research, pricing and packaging, platform and API product management, and product-led growth.
• Create scenarios involving multi-quarter roadmap planning, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, go-to-market decisions, and complex platform or product strategy.
• Develop product operations scenarios using enterprise tools and workflows such as Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Figma, and experimentation platforms.
• Apply established product methodologies, including Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), RICE and opportunity scoring, dual-track agile, and OKRs.
• Produce high-quality reference materials such as PRDs, roadmap strategies, product recommendations, and executive-level product narratives.
• Create detailed evaluation rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise product judgment from surface-level framework knowledge.
• Apply practical knowledge of enterprise budgets, governance structures, cross-functional collaboration, and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Work independently and asynchronously while delivering high-quality evaluation materials within project deadlines.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or product executive within a Fortune 500 technology or enterprise organization.
• Demonstrated experience owning products, platforms, or product lines at significant enterprise scale with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of enterprise product strategy, product discovery, user research, pricing and packaging, platform products, and product-led growth.
• Fluency with enterprise product management tools and workflows, including tools such as Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of product methodologies such as JTBD, RICE or opportunity scoring, dual-track agile, and OKRs.
• Practical understanding of how large organizations manage budgets, governance, cross-functional decision-making, and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear PRDs, strategic narratives, and evaluation criteria.
• Strong analytical thinking and sound product judgment, with the ability to distinguish nuanced, real-world product decisions from theoretical or generic framework application.
• Previous experience creating evaluation rubrics, product training curricula, PRDs, or other product documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote and asynchronous environment.
