About the Technology Support Administrator Position:
The Technology Support Administrator will provide technical expertise to the IT Support Team and organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support to Avalon employees and clients. The Technical Support Administrator will be expected to incorporate approved AI technologies into daily workflows to accelerate troubleshooting, improve documentation, identify patterns, automate repetitive tasks, and increase the overall effectiveness of Technical Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting complex technical issues and programming experience.
This position is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates must be able to work remotely while also reporting to Avalon’s corporate office in Tampa, Florida, as needed.
