As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of a core workflow automation platform by identifying opportunities, improving user experiences, and delivering scalable product solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to define priorities, validate ideas, and ensure successful execution while keeping customer outcomes at the center of decision-making.
- Own key areas of the workflow product experience, including activation, builder usability, execution reliability, and long-term engagement.
- Identify and optimize opportunities across the workflow funnel, improving creation, adoption, and successful automation outcomes.
- Accelerate customer time-to-value by simplifying workflows and helping users launch meaningful automations faster.
- Improve product usability by reducing complexity, refining user journeys, and creating intuitive experiences.
- Expand workflow templates, entry points, and guided experiences to help users move from intent to execution.
- Analyze customer feedback, support insights, and usage data to identify product improvements and resolve friction points.
- Manage feature requests, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact product enhancements.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, customer teams, and other product groups to deliver integrated solutions.
- Define and monitor product metrics to measure adoption, retention, engagement, and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed on automation, integrations, and no-code/low-code trends to drive product innovation.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and customer-facing products. You should be comfortable managing complex products, working with cross-functional teams, and making data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, automation platforms, or enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience delivering complex, user-facing features from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Strong understanding of workflow builders, automation systems, no-code/low-code platforms, and digital product funnels.
- Experience improving activation, retention, and time-to-value through thoughtful product strategy.
- Ability to analyze user behavior, product data, and customer feedback to identify actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to simplify complex software experiences.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on large-scale frontend and backend product development.
- Ability to write clear product requirements documents and communicate roadmap decisions effectively.
- Familiarity with analytics and product tools such as Superset, Pendo, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in an execution-driven environment.
- Experience with workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is highly valued.
