JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Junior Field Manager to join our team. This position supports a Senior Field Manager with day-to-day field operations, job-site coordination, lot tracking, quality control, and issue resolution. Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced construction environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintaining positive relationships with contractor’s supervisors, installers, suppliers, architects, and other employees in support of the Senior Field Manager.
- Assisting with material delivery, quality control, punch-out, scheduling, and other field needs as directed by the Senior Field Manager.
- Walking assigned communities and job-sites daily to track lot construction phases, monitor job readiness and schedules, and ensure workmanship meets plans, specifications and Arlun’s (an ADG Company) standards of quality.
- Audit floor breaks, diagrams, and color sheets for discrepancies. Communicate and troubleshoot issues with the Field Manager
- Cabinet measurements and marking floors / walls for finishes.
- Must fully understand safety policies and uphold quality and industry standard requirements.
- Assist Field Manager with installer coordination and promote job site safety, encouraging safe work practices and identifying job site hazards.
- Be able to provide field measurements for verifications along with occasional estimates.
- Safely pick up and deliver materials on occasion.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with flooring products a plus.
- Residential new construction experience with national home builders a plus.
- Ability to track multiple communities, lots, and projects.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient with iPad and iPhone.
