Job Description
Every box that leaves our warehouse either protects our organic promise or breaks it.
This role is the engine room behind our store! Picking and packing orders, keeping stock rotation tight, and getting produce and product where it needs to be, in the condition it needs to arrive in. You'll spend your week split between the warehouse floor and the driver's seat, and both halves matter equally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pick & pack: fill produce and stock orders accurately, every time
Stock rotation: enforce FIFO/FEFO, catch near-expiry before it's a problem
Receiving: check deliveries against dockets, inspect produce quality, log any issues
Stock takes: count it right, report it to the store team on schedule
Warehouse organisation: clear zones and labelling, a workflow that keeps picking fast
Delivery driving: pickups and store deliveries by truck
Forklift operation once trained (training provided)
WHO YOU ARE
Comfortable with active, hands-on physical work
Naturally organised: you spot what's out of place before anyone points it out
Reliable and punctual, every shift
Confident with basic numeracy for accurate stock counts
Willing to hold or obtain an MR/HR truck licence
Forklift licence a bonus, training provided if you don't have one
A genuine interest in organic, fresh food done properly
Required: willingness to hold or obtain an MR/HR truck licence. Not negotiable, the role can't run without it.
THE ROLE
Full-time, part-time, or casual considered · Based at the Organika warehouse, Noosaville QLD · Reports to the Warehouse/Ops Manager · $30-33/hour depending on experience
