Job Description

Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech) based in Ireland.

This is a product leadership opportunity focused on building and evolving internal HR technology for a global, distributed organization. You will own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap decisions across core HRIS capabilities, including Core HR and Time Off. Working closely with Design, AI-assisted Development, and business stakeholders, you will turn complex needs into clear, actionable product requirements. You will play a central role in improving B2B and administrative user experiences while ensuring secure, scalable, and intuitive workflows. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, launch, and user adoption. It is well suited to an independent Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and AI-enabled product environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Own product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development for internal HR technology products.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable solutions.
  • Audit existing products and workflows to determine what should be retained, redesigned, or removed.
  • Create and maintain high-quality PRDs, user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
  • Own the delivery of core HRIS modules, including Core HR and Time Off.
  • Partner closely with Design and AI-assisted Development teams to maintain a continuous pipeline of ready-to-build requirements.
  • Review Figma designs and ensure proposed solutions align with product requirements and B2B/admin UX standards.
  • Manage the product backlog, priorities, dependencies, and sprint planning using Jira, Linear, or similar tools.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing, feature validation, and product sign-offs to ensure solutions meet business and user expectations.
  • Coordinate launch readiness activities, including SSO, Slack integrations, data migration, and RBAC/security testing.
  • Drive products through discovery, development, production go-live, and user adoption.
  • Gather ongoing feedback from users and stakeholders and continuously iterate based on evolving business and product needs.
  • Keep engineering teams unblocked by providing clear requirements, timely decisions, and effective prioritization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR Tech, enterprise software, or other complex digital products.
  • Strong experience creating PRDs, user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Strong product sense with experience designing or reviewing B2B and administrative interfaces.
  • Good understanding of complex workflows, data-dense tables, permissions, bulk actions, and role-based user experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and the ability to effectively participate in product and design reviews.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments using Jira, Linear, or comparable tools.
  • Practical experience conducting UAT, feature testing, validation, and product sign-offs.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills and a working understanding of RBAC, permissions, and administrative data structures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and confidently across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where AI-assisted development is part of the product delivery process.
  • Ability to maintain momentum, resolve ambiguity, and ensure engineering teams have the information required to deliver effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, HR Tech, or internal enterprise tools is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with SSO, Slack bots, APIs, system integrations, data migration, and enterprise software launches is a plus.
  • Experience taking a product from initial discovery through production go-live and adoption is desirable.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment.
  • Full-time position with flexibility to work remotely.
  • Children allowance.
  • Mental health support.
  • Sports and wellness activities.
  • Language courses.
  • Automotive services.
  • Veterinary services.
  • Home office setup assistance.
  • Dental services.
  • Books and stationery allowance.
  • Training and professional development compensation.
  • Massage and additional wellness benefits.
  • Opportunity to work with AI-assisted development in a global, technology-driven environment.
  • Broad ownership across the full product lifecycle, with significant autonomy and impact.
