This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a National Accounts Coordinator based in the United States.
As a National Accounts Coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating service activities for major accounts across a distributed service network.
You will manage work orders from initial service requests through completion, ensuring customers, vendors, and internal teams remain aligned throughout the process.
The role combines customer service, service coordination, quoting, order management, invoicing, and vendor relationship management.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll also develop an understanding of warehouse equipment and service requirements to better troubleshoot and address customer needs.
Success in this role requires strong ownership, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple active requests independently.
This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.
- Receive, enter, and coordinate National Service calls, ensuring each request is accurately documented and followed through to completion.
- Process work orders, order required parts, and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and facility teams to keep service activities moving.
- Maintain accurate records and update all relevant information in the service/order management system.
- Communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout each service request, including confirming work requirements and verifying customer satisfaction after completion.
- Prepare customer quotes, including pricing, parts requirements, availability, and lead times.
- Research, develop, and maintain relationships with service providers to strengthen and expand the service network.
- Track open work orders daily and proactively follow up on outstanding activities, delays, or issues.
- Process completed service work through the appropriate systems to support accurate customer invoicing.
- Review and approve vendor invoices and service-related bills.
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer service while resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Support additional service coordination, administrative, and operational priorities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, operations, administration, or a related environment is valuable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and facility teams.
- Proven organizational and planning abilities, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple work orders and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounting processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to learn about warehouse equipment such as compactors, dock levelers, balers, and forklifts to better understand and troubleshoot customer requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and across geographically distributed teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven service environment.
- Candidates must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements associated with occasional office or warehouse environments, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.
- $22.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
