As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital growth and shaping the online customer experience for leading fashion brands. You will translate commercial objectives into impactful and measurable e-commerce strategies. Your work will directly influence online sales, customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement. You will oversee the end-to-end website experience, from product presentation to the deployment of promotions and content. Working closely with buying and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure a seamless, accurate, and engaging digital experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded, analytical professional with a strong passion for fashion and e-commerce.
Accountabilities:- Define financial and business objectives, as well as strategies designed to support sustainable e-commerce growth.
- Develop and execute initiatives, events, and digital campaigns aimed at increasing online sales and overall commercial performance.
- Create strategies to attract, convert, retain, and re-engage online customers.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, website analytics, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
- Oversee the end-to-end website experience, ensuring products, promotions, and content are integrated accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with buying teams to optimize the online product assortment and manage inventory effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of an accurate, consistent, and brand-aligned digital experience.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging e-commerce practices, and market developments to identify opportunities for continued growth and optimization.
- Professional experience in an e-commerce role.
- Experience working with a major e-commerce platform, such as Shopify or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of how products should be presented, positioned, and marketed in an online environment.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to make decisions based on data, performance metrics, and commercial results.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- A degree or diploma in business, marketing, buying, or a related field is an asset.
- Genuine passion for e-commerce and the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to turn insights and data into concrete actions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
