The team at Dr. A. M. Kahane Dental located in Fernie, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Licensed Dental Hygienist on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal Licensed Dental Hygienist for our team will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients’ needs.

The ideal Licensed Dental Hygienist will be the newest member of our close-knit Team. At Dr. A. M. Kahane Dental, we pride ourselves on our Team dynamics and family atmosphere. We are a small, but very busy office with great growth potential.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:45am-5:00pm; Thursday 10:45am-7:00pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Currently registered or in process of registering with the:
  • BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
• New graduates welcome!
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Loupes are required, as per office policy
