Part-Time Campus Worship Pastor/Leader- Palm Harbor in Palm Harbor, Florida at Indian Rocks Recruiting

The Palm Harbor Campus Worship Pastor will oversee all worship ministry operations at their assigned campus, providing leadership to the coaching, recruiting, live performance, and rehearsal efforts at the local neighborhood Indian Rocks Church. Campus Worship Pastors will also join a team of worship leaders across the Indian Rocks Network of Neighborhood Churches in various church-wide events and initiatives as assigned by the Lead Worship Pastor. Lead corporate worship with strong vocal and instrumental performance, ensuring high musical standards, creative arrangements, and seamless transitions during all services and events.

• Consult with the Lead Worship Pastor to prepare and deliver the musical content for their neighborhood church, including special events and initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and manage Worship Ministry volunteers and (if applicable) staff to create an effective ministry at their neighborhood church, including collaboration in weekend service planning, resource development, asset generation, and rehearsal preparation.
• Manage and maintain all musical instruments and equipment assigned to their neighborhood church.

• Education: Must have completed or be actively pursuing a College and/or seminary degree, desired for ministry work.
• Experience: Proven worship leadership experience in a local church body required; experience in coaching and developing volunteer teams preferred.
• Demonstrate high-level vocal excellence and instrumental skill (guitar or keys), with a proven ability to lead modern worship styles, direct band arrangements, and craft engaging musical environments.
• Ability to travel to multiple campuses.
• Responsible for performing the other duties as assigned and approved by supervising personnel, to include, but not limited to: Lead Pastor, Church Administrator, or Personnel Committee

• Demonstrate a consistent Christian lifestyle as referenced by the; the Mission, Statement of Faith, and Leadership Guidelines of Indian Rocks.
• Must be an active member of Indian Rocks as defined by regular attendance in worship services, regular attendance/involvement in an Indian Rocks Connection Group or Small Group, commitment to systematic stewardship, and faithful in tithing.
