Ticket Control Specialist in Canandaigua, New York at Troser Management Inc

Responsibilities:

• Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID ticket technology and additional software
• Researches access patterns for historical usage and inconsistencies
• Works with Guest Services Supervisor (or their designee) along with Ticket Scanners
• Workstation is located indoors but may need to work outdoors periodically
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Must have an ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
• Confident individual with quick problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand the different product offerings and how they relate to lift access
• Must have appropriate footwear and clothing for working in all weather conditions
• Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Hours:

• Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
• Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability

Starting Rate: $16.00/hr.
