This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Professional Services Consultant (Spanish-Speaking) based in United States.

The Professional Services Consultant will lead customer implementation projects and initial training sessions for enterprise clients. This customer-facing role is responsible for guiding organizations from proof of value through successful deployment and adoption. You will combine project management, technical consulting, and cybersecurity expertise to deliver smooth and scalable implementations. Working across Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success, you will coordinate stakeholders and ensure customer goals are translated into effective technical solutions. The role involves navigating enterprise email environments, integrations, migrations, and security technologies while proactively managing risks and challenges. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, including senior IT and information security leaders. This is an ideal opportunity for a bilingual professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems and delivering measurable customer outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage multiple customer implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and customer outcomes remain on track.
  • Lead deployment kickoffs by transferring critical information from proof-of-value teams, including technical environments, success criteria, project timelines, and key considerations.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business and technical objectives and translate them into clear implementation plans.
  • Guide customers through platform configuration, integrations, technical enablement, and deployment activities.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout implementation, providing regular status updates and proactively managing risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, implementation documentation, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead technical conversations around enterprise email systems, integrations, migrations, email security, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges and continuously improve deployment processes and delivery best practices.
  • Support customer onboarding and initial training activities to establish the foundation for long-term adoption and success.
Requirements:
  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, ideally within cybersecurity or a related technology environment.
  • You are fully professionally fluent in both English and Spanish and can confidently communicate with customers in both languages.
  • You have experience managing enterprise deployments involving email systems, integrations, migrations, or comparable complex technology environments.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage projects end to end, including discovery, planning, execution, issue resolution, and delivery sign-off.
  • You have a strong understanding of enterprise mail flow, email security, and related technologies.
  • You have experience leading technical discussions with IT, information security, and other technical stakeholders.
  • You are proficient with commercial email routing, filtering, or Secure Email Gateway tools.
  • You have exposure to log analysis using SIEM platforms or similar technologies.
  • You possess strong project management, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You communicate clearly and can build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve and technical challenges require practical, outcome-oriented solutions.
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge in Python, Java, or a similar language is considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • The base salary range for the position is $104,000–$149,600 USD, with actual compensation determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • The total compensation package may include equity and annual bonus or incentive compensation.
  • A comprehensive benefits package is available to support employee health and wellbeing.
  • The role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade cybersecurity and SaaS technologies.
  • The position offers significant customer-facing exposure and collaboration with technical, product, support, sales, and customer success teams.
  • The role provides opportunities to develop expertise in enterprise deployments, email security, integrations, and technical consulting.
  • The position offers an environment focused on solving complex cybersecurity challenges and delivering meaningful customer outcomes.
  • An inclusive workplace and reasonable accommodations are provided throughout the interview and employment process.
