You'll be the problem-solver, the repair expert, the preventative maintenance pro, and the go-to person for keeping our hotel safe, functional, and looking its best.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES MAY INCLUDE:
Repairing guest room items, equipment, and fixtures
Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
Performing preventative maintenance throughout the property
Keeping public spaces and guest rooms in top condition
Responding to maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism
Collaborating with team members to create an exceptional guest experience
Helping keep our property safe, clean, and operating at its best

Experience, Skills, and Education
Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer or similar maintenance role
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
Problem-solving aptitude
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Facility Management is preferred
Valid Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) is a plus
Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests, team members, and management.
