Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions efficiently and effectively

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system records

- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates

- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other outreach activities to enhance recruitment efforts

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software

- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
